Augusta — Richard “Bucky” R. Buckmore, 72, of Augusta, died early Wednesday morning, Sept. 23, 2009, after a long battle with cancer.
He was born Oct. 5, 1936, in Gardiner, son of Harry and Betty (Vannah) Buckmore, and attended Gardiner schools.
