Lewiston — Joseph O. “Jasper” Dion, 92, of College Street in Lewiston and formerly of Winthrop, died Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, at Marshwood Health Care in Lewiston.
He was born Nov. 11, 1917, in Augusta, the son of Eugene and Marie Ann (Dostie) Dion.
