Gardiner — The State Fire Marshal's Office reported Tuesday, Sept. 8, that two young men were arrested Monday night, Sept. 7, and charged with arson in connection with the Sept. 2 blaze that destroyed the vacant Yorktowne Paper Mill in Gardiner.
