Spectrum Generations began serving "maturing Mainers" in 1972 as a non-profit Area Agency on Aging covering Central and MidCoast Maine.

Spanning four decades, we've been right here in the 6 counties we serve:  Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset and Waldo, plus the towns of Brunswick and Harpswell in Cumberland County.

Our name has undergone minor changes (formerly Senior Spectrum), but our mission remains the same:  To promote life-long learning health, wellness, nutrition, community engagement and the social well-being of maturing Mainers from the stateline to the coastline.

Friends and neighbors know us by many names, such as Meals on Wheels, Adult DayBreak, Money Management Services, Medicare and Insurance Counseling, or Family Caregivers to name a few - but one name says it all: Spectrum Generations.

Key Messages
